Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Technical Delivery Lead for the Google Business Group Mid‑Market to own data and AI delivery from initial shaping to go‑live. You’ll design the execution approach, lead the implementation, and ensure the final product upgrades client data and intelligent automation capabilities.

You will work with offshore engineering teams, set strategic direction, and serve as the single accountability for what ships, driving value in weeks rather than quarters.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years in hands-on, client-facing tech roles with delivery ownership.
• 3+ years Google Cloud Platform data, analytics, AI/ML focus; strong data platforms background.
• 3+ years BigQuery, Vertex AI, Dataflow; ability to design data platforms and troubleshoot pipelines.
• 1+ years agentic AI patterns — orchestration, tools, grounding, RAG.
• 5+ years in technical leadership and delivery management with distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery: scope, timeline, team structure, and quality.
• Design delivery approach for complex data/AI engagements; define plan and milestones.
• Provide technical advisory on offerings and Google Cloud services for clients.
• Be the trusted delivery partner; lead status reviews and manage expectations.
• Stand up the delivery and drive execution from day one to deliver fast value.
• Coordinate onshore plus offshore delivery leadership; remove blockers.
• Establish governance, track progress, and ensure measurable client value.
