Job summary

JustAI, a full-stack agentic marketing platform, is seeking a high-ambition Account Executive in San Francisco. You will own the revenue journey from first outreach to signed contract, handling discovery, demos, pricing and negotiations, while shaping how the team scales its sales playbook.

You will sell to CMOs and growth leaders at fast-growing consumer brands, build pipelines via outbound and events, and collaborate with product/marketing to improve messaging and ICP as we scale.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of closing experience as an AE at mid-market or enterprise
• Owned deals end-to-end with measurable results
• Experience in startup environments or scaling teams
• Able to sell to both marketing and technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Run full sales cycles: prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiation and close
• Sell to CMOs, VPs of Growth and lifecycle leaders at high-growth consumer brands
• Build your own pipeline through outbound, inbound follow-up and events
• Lead pricing, contract and deal-structure conversations
• Bring feedback from customers back to product and marketing
• Help define our sales process, messaging and ICP as we scale
