Job summary

TeamViewer is seeking an Enterprise Account Manager to own a book of roughly 100 existing Enterprise customers across the Northeast, about $4M in ARR. You’ll drive adoption, secure renewals, and expand across the portfolio with proactive, data-driven outreach.

In this high-velocity role you’ll manage the full lifecycle, forecast renewals, and partner with Account Executives on larger deals. Travel up to 40% domestically is typical, and you’ll work remotely from the USA.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in Account Management, Customer Success, or a comparable customer-facing commercial role in B2B SaaS.
• History of carrying retention and expansion targets, not just relationships.
• Discipline to run a wide book across many accounts with proactive prioritization.
• Clear communication with customers and internal teams, especially at handoffs.

Responsibilities

• Own a book of roughly 100 existing Enterprise customers across the Northeast with ~4M ARR.
• Drive adoption, secure renewals, and expand within the relationships you manage.
• Forecast renewals accurately and identify expansion opportunities early.
• Collaborate with Account Executives on larger deals while maintaining healthy all other accounts.
