The role involves onboarding new clients, maintaining service levels, and delivering strategic account insights from relationships with major customers.

Requires 5–7 years in transportation or related fields, a minimum Associate's degree, and up to 75% travel.

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships with assigned accounts.
• Achieve assigned strategic account objectives and KPIs.
• Collaborate with direct sales, operations, IT, accounting, and executive teams.
• Gather input from all levels to identify problems and opportunities.
• Research and propose solutions for process and service improvements.
• Prepare business reviews and provide relevant projections to stakeholders.
