Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in logistics or business, or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
• Self-directed with ability to decide and achieve strong results with minimal oversight.
• Working knowledge of continuous improvement tools and techniques.
• Proven track record delivering measurable results and executing strategic plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with all levels at Estes.
• Creative problem solver with strong analytical skills and out-of-the-box thinking.
• Strong customer focus within a matrix organization.
• Proven project management skills handling multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
• Must be able to lift approximately 20 lbs. and comply with policies.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Aufgaben

• Serve as advocate for customer and liaison between Estes offices and customer supply chain teams.
• Work with Pricing, Time Critical, Payment Services, Sales and Operations to meet revenue goals.
• Assist with technological improvements to provide faster, lower-cost information.
• Collaborate with customer teams to identify opportunities to enhance supply chain engagement.
• May focus on growing Estes Premium Services including Time Critical and Domestic Ocean.
• Lead quarterly business reviews with customers and develop growth plans.
• Interact with senior customer management at corporate and field levels.
• Build sustainable relationships with internal and external customers.
• Provide supply chain expertise to Customer Management Team.
• Travel at least 10% to develop and maintain relationships on-site at customer locations.
• Regular attendance is required and other duties may be assigned.
