Job summary

Comcast is seeking an experienced Strategic Account Manager to lead a portfolio of mid-market customers. You will develop and execute account strategies, manage relationships, and drive revenue growth while ensuring customer satisfaction across multiple products.

You will renew contracts, identify incremental opportunities, and collaborate with Sales, Finance and Operations to maximize retention and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; relevant experience considered.
• 5–7 years of relevant work experience in sales/account management.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly sales quota through identifying and closing incremental opportunities.
• Renew customer contracts to protect and grow existing revenue streams.
• Maintain regular account contact to align Comcast Business Services with accounts.
• Deliver proposed solutions for Advanced Voice, Metro Ethernet, or other Business Class products.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and serve as primary escalation point for issues.
• Develop account management plans with Sales, Finance and Operations to optimize revenue and retention.
