Job summary

You will direct a team, oversee negotiations and contracts, and contribute to monthly P&L planning while delivering measurable improvements in customer experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing key customer accounts in logistics and transportation management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field is preferred.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure success.
• Drive strategic plans to grow revenue and improve operational efficiency.
• Develop and grow relationships with client key decision makers to add value.
• Oversee contract management and negotiations to secure favorable terms.
• Produce and manage monthly P&L budgets and forecasts.
