Job summary

HP seeks an Enterprise Account Executive West District to own a portfolio of strategic business accounts, building C-level relationships and delivering IT and employee experience solutions. You’ll lead cross-functional teams to create outcome-based sales and drive share-of-wallet growth across HP’s hardware, software, and services.

You will orchestrate resources, manage profitability, and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining strong executive partnerships and a consultative

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in strategic account management and sales.
• Experience building relationships with senior-level clients.
• Experience leading account teams on local/global scales.
• Knowledge of P&L and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute comprehensive account strategies across a portfolio of accounts.
• Drive hardware, services, and solutions sales within the account set.
• Coordinate with internal teams and extended resources for client outcomes.
• Expand share-of-wallet by identifying new opportunities across the portfolio.
• Manage account profitability through strategic planning and pricing discipline.
• Lead meetings with clients and internal teams for alignment and execution.
• Retain clients through excellent service and ongoing engagement.
• Collaborate with departments to align resources with client needs.
• Win net new business in accounts without HP presence.
• Represent top opportunities and pipeline in MS Dynamics.
