Job summary

Arrow Electronics is hiring a Key Account Executive to lead strategic, multi-location accounts and act as the single point of contact. You will drive RFQs, negotiate contracts, and deliver long-term IT solutions across Arrow’s global supply chain capabilities.

Build senior-level relationships, map stakeholders, and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet ambitious revenue targets in a highly matrixed environment. Remote-friendly with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a minimum of 8–12 years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 8 years and an advanced degree.
• Strong understanding of the IT Channel Ecosystem and how it brings value to partners in a solution selling manner.
• Demonstrated success developing trusted relationships with senior stakeholders up to C-suite and driving mutual business outcomes.
• Consistent record of strong performance in senior/strategic sales with a competitive, proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a single point of contact for large, multi-location Arrow customers and drive strategic account plans.
• Lead RFQ activity, contract negotiations, and ensure seamless renewal/negotiation processes.
• Develop executive relationships, map stakeholders, and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet objectives.
• Sell value-added, long-term IT services and supply chain solutions to maximize margins and growth.
