Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• 3+ years of successful technology/software sales experience.
• Strong command of the full sales cycle: lead gen, discovery, pricing, proposal, negotiations, closing.

Responsibilities

• Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, meeting or exceeding targets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and prospects, understanding their business needs.
• Stay up to date on Yardi products, industry trends, and competitive landscape to position offerings.
• Represent Yardi at events, prepare performance reports, and contribute to forecasting and strategic planning.
