Job summary

Canon U.S.A. is expanding its Enterprise division with an Enterprise Account Executive – Higher Education Specialist to lead growth across the San Francisco Bay Area. You will own a curated list of high-potential higher education accounts, targeting universities, college systems, and districts in California.

You will hunt using Salesforce, ZoomInfo, ABM, and AI tools to build deep relationships with campus leadership and procurement, closing complex multi-stakeholder deals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 5+ years of B2B outside sales in complex, long-cycle enterprise deals.
• Experience selling into Higher Education or Public Sector institutions preferred.
• Hunter with proven success breaking into net-new large accounts.
• Proficient with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Google Workspace and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Penetrate higher education institutions across the San Francisco Bay Area.
• Develop C-suite and institutional relationships with campus leadership, IT, and procurement stakeholders.
• Own a focused list of target accounts with tailored ABM outreach rather than high-volume lists.
• Leverage Salesforce, ABM strategies, and AI tools for deep account research and outreach.
