Qualifications

• Experience in Big Data, Cloud, SaaS, Open Source or Enterprise IT solutions.
• Sales methodology training (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger).
• Proven track record in complex sales with growth.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth in large, complex enterprise accounts.
• Prospect, qualify, develop and close a sales pipeline; grow consumption.
• Lead strategic, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with a value-based approach.
• Become an in-depth SME of Confluent offerings and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with partner ecosystem, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success.
