Job summary

Elastic, the Search AI Company, is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to drive net-new revenue and expansion within strategic Enterprise accounts in the United States. You will own a defined territory, build your own pipeline, and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals in a consumption-based model.

You will develop outbound cadences, perform deep discovery, deliver compelling value stories, and collaborate across teams to accelerate deals and achieve high-velocity growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years closing complex Enterprise deals in SaaS or usage-based models.
• Experience applying MEDDPICC or equivalent frameworks to drive pipeline.
• Proven ability to deliver executive-level presentations and demos.
• History of multi-year, high-ACV contracts while protecting margin.
• Fluent in discussing observability, security, and cloud economics.

Responsibilities

• Own your territory and build pipeline with outbound efforts.
• Perform discovery to identify pain, impact, budget, and criteria.
• Craft and deliver tailored narratives and live demos mapping Elastic capabilities to outcomes.
• Collaborate with customers to build formal close plans and maintain forecast accuracy.
• Lead high-stakes contract and pricing discussions and land multi-year commitments.
• Position Elastic as the preferred platform by explaining cloud cost optimization and data architectures.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Marketing, and RevOps to accelerate deals.
