Job summary

Elastic is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive net-new revenue and expansion within strategic Enterprise accounts in the United States. You will own a defined territory, build your pipeline, tell Elastic's Search AI story, and close complex multi-stakeholder deals in a consumption-based model.

You will forecast, negotiate, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate deals and deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years closing enterprise SaaS deals.
• Experience applying MEDDPICC or equivalent framework.
• Proven ability to deliver executive-level presentations and demos.
• History of landing multi-year, high-ACV contracts while protecting margin.
• Fluency in cloud pricing concepts and data architectures.

Responsibilities

• Own territory and build pipeline with proactive outbound cadence.
• Perform deep discovery and qualification using MEDDPICC to focus on high-confidence deals.
• Create and deliver tailored value stories and live demos mapping Elastic capabilities to business outcomes.
• Maintain accurate CRM and forecast with close collaboration and ≥90% forecast accuracy.
• Lead negotiations and close multi-year, consumption-based contracts with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Marketing, and RevOps to accelerate deals.
