Elastic, the Search AI Company, is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive net-new revenue and expansion within strategic Enterprise accounts. You will own a defined territory, build your own pipeline, and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals in a consumption-based model.

You will mentor and collaborate with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Marketing, and RevOps to accelerate deals and deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years closing complex Enterprise deals in a SaaS/consumption model.
• Experience applying MEDDPICC or equivalent frameworks for disciplined pipeline.
• Executive-level presentation and demo track record.
• History of multi-year, high-ACV contracts with healthy margins.

Responsabilités

• Own territory and build pipeline with proactive outbound activities.
• Perform discovery to quantify pain, impact, budget, and decision criteria.
• Deliver tailored value storytelling and live demos mapping Elastic capabilities to business outcomes.
• Collaborate on formal close plans and maintain CRM with forecast accuracy (≥90%).
• Lead contract and pricing discussions, defending value and negotiating terms.
• Speak fluently about cloud economics, usage-based pricing, and data architectures.
• Work cross-functionally with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Marketing, and RevOps.
