Elastic, the Search AI company, is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive net-new revenue and expansion within strategic Enterprise accounts in the United States. You’ll own a defined territory, build your pipeline, tell the Elastic Story, and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals in a consumption-based model.

The role blends sales execution with technical fluency and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years closing complex Enterprise deals in a SaaS environment.
• Proven ability to build and manage pipeline in a consumption-based or usage-model model.
• Experience applying MEDDPICC for disciplined deal qualification.
• Strong storytelling with executives; demos that map product to business outcomes.
• Excellent negotiation skills for multi-year contracts.

Responsibilities

• Own defined territory and develop pipeline through outbound and inbound activities.
• Conduct deep discovery to qualify opportunities and forecast accurately.
• Deliver tailored value demonstrations of Elastic across Search, Observability, Security.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Marketing, and RevOps to accelerate deals.
