You will drive new business opportunities with HR, VP, and C-level stakeholders using Salesforce and cross-functional collaboration.

The role demands 30–40% regional travel with a flexible work location. A Bachelor's degree is required, and compensation includes a base range of $155,000–$165,000 with incentives.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong presentation, communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to engage and sell to HR, VP, and C-level executives and other key stakeholders.
• Experience identifying and closing new business opportunities in assigned markets.

• Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas.
• Identify and close new account opportunities within an assigned market.
• Manage the sales process through forecasting, account strategy, and partnerships.
• Cultivate strategic relationships within existing accounts for additional opportunities.
• Leverage channel partners and brokers to generate opportunities and revenue.
• Negotiate pricing and contracts to close large opportunities.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
