Alpha School is seeking an Enrollment Director to own the admissions process for a single campus, from first inquiry to first day of school. You will manage 20+ active families at various stages, conduct tours, and guide families through the decision conversation in person.

The role requires 3+ years in client-facing roles with high-value buyers, experience using AI tools for prep and summaries, and the ability to communicate clearly with executives and affluent families.

• 3+ years in a client-facing role with buyers of $25,000+ per client
• Owned enrollment journey from first inquiry through commitment
• Managed 7+ client relationships in a CRM or tracking system
• Used AI tools in a client-facing workflow
• Able to communicate concisely with executives or high-net-worth individuals

Mansioni

• Own the enrollment journey for every prospective family from inquiry to onboarding
• Carry 20+ active families at once and respond to inquiries within four hours
• Lead campus tours, open houses, info sessions, and shadow days
• Form and deliver admit or decline decisions to families yourself
• Keep HubSpot/SIS updated and report pipeline health weekly
