Job summary

Alpha School is hiring for an on-site Director of Client Relations to own the admissions journey for a single campus. You will engage with 20+ active families, conduct tours, host shadow days, and guide families from inquiry to first day of school. Fast, precise communication and a focus on fit are essential.

You will use HubSpot/SIS and AI tools to manage inquiries, track progress, and report pipeline health to leadership weekly, all while representing a highly selective private school network.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a client-facing role with buyers at $25,000+ per client or $2,000+ per month.
• You have owned an enrollment journey from first inquiry through commitment decision.
• You have managed 7+ client relationships in a CRM/database.
• You have told a prospect not to buy because it wasn't the right fit.
• You have used AI tools in a client-facing workflow.
• You communicate concisely with executives/high-net-worth clients.
• You have led polished in-person tours/meetings for affluent families.
• You can nurture relationships over 30+ days.
• You have owned a revenue/target for 12+ months.

Responsibilities

• Own the enrollment journey end-to-end for one campus, from first inquiry to onboarding.
• Manage 20+ active families at different stages, respond to inquiries promptly, review applications daily.
• Lead campus tours, open houses, info sessions, and shadow days for families.
• Formulate admit/decline recommendations and communicate decisions to families.
• Keep HubSpot/SIS updated and use AI tools to prep and summarize; report pipeline health weekly.
