Job summary

Alpha School is seeking an Enrollment Director to own a campus's admissions process end-to-end, from inquiry to first day. You will manage 20+ active families at varying stages, conduct tours and shadow days, and communicate decisions personally with high professional standards.

You will keep CRM and student systems current, use AI tools for preparation, and report pipeline health to leadership weekly. This on-site role requires experience with selective private school admissions and a genuine

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a client-facing role with $25,000+ per client or $2,000+ per month.
• Managed 7+ client relationships in a CRM or tracking system.
• Owned an enrollment journey from first inquiry to commitment decision.
• Able to decline when not the right fit and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Own the enrollment journey for every prospective family from inquiry to onboarding.
• Maintain 20+ active families across stages and respond to inquiries within 4 hours.
• Lead campus tours, open houses, info sessions, and shadow days.
• Form admit or decline recommendations and deliver decisions personally.
• Keep HubSpot and SIS current; use AI tools for prep and summaries; report pipeline health weekly.
