Job summary

Legora is seeking an Engagement Manager to own a major global client relationship and transform how the firm works with Legora across regions. You will design adoption playbooks, set measurable outcomes and drive multi-year change management with executive stakeholders.

You will lead post-sale engagements, travel internationally ~25% of the time, and collaborate with GTM, Product and Legal teams to maximize client value and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in management consulting, legal, LegalTech or customer success in AI-native B2B.
• Experience in large, complex organisations and driving transformation.
• Experience building transformation roadmaps and adoption plans.
• Strong ability to influence without direct authority.
• Experience with or inside a Big 4 firm is highly desirable.
• Fluent in managing programs across multiple regions and teams.

Responsibilities

• Set global adoption strategy for the account and ensure coherent cross-region delivery.
• Serve as primary client contact for UK/Ireland practice and travel for delivery.
• Design and implement the client's adoption playbook and change-management approach.
• Execute rollout from initial adoption to enterprise-wide scaled adoption.
• Translate client goals into roadmap, enablement and measurable outcomes.
• Drive value through regular success plans, training and value reviews.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (GTM, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Support).
• Identify expansion opportunities and ensure seamless transitions with commercial moments.
