Job summary

Ivo is hiring an Engagement Manager to drive adoption of our contract management platform within Fortune 500 clients and to lead transformation initiatives across their organizations. You will work with executive leaders and end users to promote deep adoption and sustainable change, shaping how clients operate and collaborate using Ivo’s AI-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in top tier management consulting firms, law firms or investment banks.
• Demonstrable experience driving change and transformation in large, complex organizations.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal and confidence presenting to and communicating with executive decision-makers and teams.
• Ability to lead with empathy for the challenges that our clients face and a solutions mindset to help them evolve their businesses in a significant moment of change.
• Strong program management skills, with experience managing complex programs across multiple stakeholder teams.
• Strong partner mindset and experience building deep trust with clients - you know when to listen and how to act upon the data and information you receive.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption: Build tailored adoption plans across multiple business units and teams for our largest clients, and facilitate onsite enablement sessions.
• Understand our clients’ challenges and craft strategies to solve them with a deep curiosity about their businesses.
• Design and implement client solutions in partnership with legal engineers and deployment teams.
• Act as strategic transformation advisor, helping clients construct and execute transformation strategy from within the business.
• Influence product roadmap decisions by communicating client needs to the product team.
