Ivo is hiring an Engagement Manager to lead adoption and transformation for our Fortune 500 clients in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. You’ll work with executives to design and implement bespoke solutions, shape strategic changes, and drive value across multiple business units.

Competenze

• 4+ years of experience in top tier management consulting firms, law firms or investment banks.
• Demonstrable experience driving change and transformation in large, complex organizations.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal and confidence presenting to and communicating with executive decision-makers and teams.
• Ability to lead with empathy for the challenges that our clients face and a solutions mindset to help them evolve their businesses in a significant moment of change.
• Strong program management skills, with experience managing complex programs across multiple stakeholder teams.
• Strong partner mindset and experience building deep trust with clients - you know when to listen and how to act upon the data and information you receive.

• Drive adoption: Build tailored and bespoke adoption plans across multiple business units and teams for our largest and most complex clients, to ensure the success of Ivo within these organizations.
• Understand our clients’ challenges: As an Engagement Manager, you’ll need to have a deep understanding of the challenges our clients face and be responsible for creating strategies to help solve these challenges.
• Design solutions and workflows: Ivo is building solutions for clients that they have historically never been able to resolve.
• Act as strategic transformation advisor: Ivo’s products are central to the AI transformation journey for our strategic clients.
• Influence product roadmap decisions: You’ll be the voice of our clients within the Ivo product team, working closely with product leadership to ensure Ivo’s product roadmap reflects the strategic direction of our clients.
