Job summary

Profound is seeking an Engagement Manager to drive the AI search program for a portfolio of enterprise customers. You will own onboarding, adoption, and ongoing engagement, delivering strategic consultation and success planning with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 4+ years of experience with enterprise customers, strong communication, and a proactive, analytical mindset to deliver measurable outcomes and risk management across marketing and AI search initiatives.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience with enterprise customers in customer success, account management, or consulting.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to present and demonstrate effectively.
• Self-motivated and driven with a passion for building strong customer relationships.
• Comfortable navigating challenges in ambiguous environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to work with quantitative data.
• Ability to own end-to-end processes with solid project management.
• Comfortable managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Experience in the search or marketing industry.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of 25 to 35 enterprise customers.
• Own the full customer journey from onboarding and implementation through outcomes with the Profound platform.
• Conduct regular strategic business reviews, identifying opportunities and addressing risks in the marketing and AI search programs.
• Develop deep understanding of customer objectives and manage relationships with stakeholders across teams.
• Become an expert in the AI search space and models used by the platform.
• Multi-thread engagements to mitigate risk from stakeholder turnover.
• Collaborate with Account Management to ensure value delivery aligns with commercial goals.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to optimize implementation and resolve technical challenges.
