Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Senior Engagement Manager for its Capital Markets vertical in the United States. The role focuses on managing strategic client engagements, strengthening client relationships, and driving account growth.

You will collaborate with delivery and business stakeholders to ensure successful execution of commitments and sustainable client satisfaction. The position requires deep experience in client engagement, account management, and business development within Capital Markets,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required with strong sales/relationship management/account management experience.
• Strong experience in client engagement, account management, relationship management, business development, and/or delivery management.
• Experience in Capital Markets industry and interacting with senior client stakeholders.
• Experience supporting business development activities, proposals, presentations, and client discussions.

Responsibilities

• Client relationship management and business development: build and strengthen relationships with key client stakeholders, identify growth opportunities, and support the opportunity management cycle from prospecting and evaluation through proposal and closure.
• Account growth: work with account leadership to identify new opportunities, expand engagements, and support growth.
• Client delivery assurance: collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful execution and fulfillment of commitments to clients.
• Account planning and governance: support account planning, governance, and opportunity prioritization.
• Stakeholder management: develop relationships with senior client stakeholders and Infosys teams.
• Proposal and solution development: collaborate on proposals aligned with client requirements.
