Infosys is seeking an Engagement Manager, Client Services in Dallas to lead a multimillion-dollar portfolio and drive digital transformation for Hi-Tech clients. You will build executive relationships, shape account strategy, and identify growth opportunities across technology and consulting services.

The role involves coordinating with senior partners, leading proposals, and guiding cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact outcomes.

Formación

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required.
11+ years experience with sales and account management.
Experience with semiconductor/hi-tech sectors.
Proven ability to drive account growth.
Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

Grow a multimillion-dollar portfolio and manage the opportunity cycle: Prospect-Evaluate-Propose-Close.
Collaborate with delivery stakeholders to ensure fulfillment of commitments.
Create account plans and governance structures detailing relationships and opportunities.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and proposal development.
Coordinate with the Delivery Manager to address delivery quality and client satisfaction.
Balance multiple projects across delivery managers and resources.
Develop executive relationships across IT, engineering, product, manufacturing, and operations.
Lead opportunities in Digital Engineering, Cloud, Data & AI, ERP, Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity.
