Job summary

Infosys is seeking an Engagement Manager to drive strategic growth within its Capital Markets portfolio. As the primary steward of client relationships, you will shape long-term value and orchestrate cross-functional delivery while leveraging Infosys’ digital, cloud, and AI‑led capabilities.

You will oversee a portfolio up to $30-50M, lead opportunities from prospect to close, and partner with senior leaders to craft forward-looking account plans and go-to-market strategies that accelerate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent; 11+ years experience with strong sales/relationship management.
• Significant business development and project management experience.
• Track record of interacting with C-level client contacts.
• Proposal creation and leading proposal presentations.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and grow portfolio up to $30-50M; own opportunity cycle.
• Ensure delivery commitments with all stakeholders.
• Create account plan including relationships, opportunities, pricing.
• Conduct research, competitor analysis, client presentations, estimation and negotiations.
• Collaborate with Delivery Manager on people/infrastructure issues affecting delivery.
• Balance multiple projects across delivery managers.
• Lead go-to-market solutions driving revenues within account scope.
• Build customized solutions pitches with Solutions Leader.
• Develop Account Plan detailing relationships, opportunities, revenue, threats.
• Pricing decisions within the Master Services Agreement scope.
• Pre-sales proposal support outside account scope.
• Input for future product vendor alliances.
