Job summary

Trane Technologies, a world leader in climate solutions, seeks a Strategic Sales Executive in Florida to drive value-based opportunities within our Energy Services business. You will build strategic relationships, identify new business, and develop financial pro forma and business cases that support decarbonization goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree preferred and 5+ years executive sales experience.
• Experience in financial sales with long, complex sales cycles.
• Ability to engage multiple stakeholders and decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Develop Financial Pro Forma and associated business cases for projects.
• Convert leads into opportunities and manage the sales process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored offerings.
• Identify and close large deals, maintaining a multi-million dollar pipeline.
