Job summary

Google is seeking a Strategic Negotiator to drive energy impact programs and partnerships. You will guide design, evaluation, and scaling of community-focused energy initiatives in collaboration with utilities and state agencies.

You will provide cross-functional operations support, develop budgets and ROI models, and ensure programs align with broader strategic initiatives while delivering measurable community benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 6 years' experience in negotiations or leading business development.

Responsibilities

• Lead the evaluation and design of energy impact programs with utilities and partners.
• Architect, launch, and scale high-impact energy programs with state initiatives.
• Provide operations support with budget models, ROI and metrics governance.
• Collaborate with Global Infrastructure, Finance, Legal, and Public Policy teams to align funding.
• Partner with utilities and stakeholders to structure contracts and ensure compliance.
