Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience; 6 years of experience negotiating and structuring agreements or leading business development.
• Preferred qualifications: experience scaling energy programs via utilities/state agencies/non-profits; energy sector operations or program finance including modeling, budgeting, KPI measurement, contract administration; knowledge of utility frameworks and energy affordability programs; ability to solve complex multi-stakeholder challenges with executive presence and PM skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation and design of energy impact programs, analyzing utility frameworks like energy efficiency and community solar to deploy resources and maximize community benefit.
• Architect, launch, and scale high-impact energy programs by leveraging utility programs and state initiatives into actionable, replicable models.
• Provide business operations support by building budget models, evaluating ROI and impact metrics, and establishing governance for scalable execution.
• Collaborate across Global Infrastructure, Finance, Legal, and Public Policy to align affordability strategies with broader initiatives.
• Partner with electric utilities and community stakeholders to structure, negotiate, and operationalize energy impact programs with compliant contract execution and cost tracking.
