Job summary

Exelon seeks a Senior Energy Efficiency Program Manager to lead the strategic development and performance of customer-facing programs under the Clean Energy Solutions Team. This role drives energy efficiency, load management, decarbonization and customer experience while aligning planning, budgeting, and KPI tracking with approved commitments.

You will develop data-driven insights for leadership and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver results in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering; 4–7 years energy conservation/energy efficiency experience, or 6–9 years alternate experience.
• Ability to work within budgets and deliver results.
• Understanding of utility cost recovery mechanisms.
• Ability to coordinate with engineers, vendors, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and performance management of customer-facing energy efficiency programs.
• Manage RFPs and contracting with subcontractors and vendors.
• Provide program performance data for measurement and regulatory filings.
• Coordinate with Marketing Promotions for program outreach and partner recruitment.
• Analyze program performance and prepare status reports; support regulatory filings.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes in line with policies.
