Job summary

Exelon is seeking a Senior Energy Efficiency Program Manager to lead customer-facing programs within the Clean Energy Solutions Team, spanning residential and commercial sectors. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering with 4-7 years in energy efficiency.
• Ability to work within budgets and deliver results.
• Understanding of utility cost recovery mechanisms.
• Strong communication with engineers, vendors, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage energy efficiency programs as part of the approved portfolio.
• Procuring services from subcontractors and vendors delivering energy efficiency programs.
• Provide oversight of providers with performance metrics and regular progress reports.
• Coordinate with Marketing Promotions for program communication and outreach; recruit market partners.
• Analyze program performance and prepare status reports; support regulatory filings.
• Ensure AP/AR processes align with company policies and Sarbanes-Oxley rules.
