Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or STEM and 4–7 years of related experience.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office and project tools; knowledge of PM frameworks.
• Strong problem solving, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation, and evaluation of projects, programs, and initiatives (20%).
• Coordinate and report on process/project assignments; develop KPIs and tracking.
• Prepare reports and financial/operational information for initiatives.
• Coordinate corrective actions from performance assessments (10%).
• Support business plans and objectives; develop business cases with stakeholders.
• Lead change management; train employees and external personnel on new processes.
