Job summary

Exelon Corporation seeks a program manager to develop, deliver, and manage energy efficiency programs, including a behind-the-meter residential battery pilot in Delaware. You will oversee customer acquisition, marketing coordination, dispatch operations, and regulatory reporting to ensure cost recovery and strong performance.

The role requires collaboration with planners, evaluators, vendors, and marketing teams to deliver programs on time and within budget, while ensuring regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering with 4–7 years energy conservation/energy efficiency experience (or 6–9 years if no degree).
• Ability to work within budgets and deliver results.
• Thorough understanding of utility cost-recovery mechanisms.
• Ability to coordinate with engineers, vendors, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to development and management of energy efficiency programs.
• Oversee customer acquisition, marketing coordination, dispatch operations, and regulatory reporting.
• Develop performance metrics and monitor program progress toward goals.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and prudent financial management.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and partner outreach.
