Job summary

Exelon Corporation in Baltimore is seeking a Senior Energy Efficiency Program Manager to lead customer-facing programs within the Clean Energy Solutions Team. You will drive strategy, partnerships, and performance reporting across residential and commercial sectors, ensuring alignment with regulatory and budget requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering and 4-7 years of energy conservation / energy efficiency work experience OR in lieu of degree, 6-9 years energy conservation / energy efficiency experience is required.
• Ability to communicate with and coordinate with a wide variety of professionals ranging from engineers to vendors, to subcontractors.
• Demonstrated ability to work within established budgets and deliver promised results.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead energy efficiency programs including evaluation, design, outreach, and regulatory filing.
• Procure services from subcontractors and vendors; issue RFPs and select best offers.
• Provide oversight of providers; establish performance metrics and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with Marketing Promotions for program communication; recruit market partners and expand the delivery network.
• Analyze program performance; prepare status reports; support regulatory filings and ensure alignment with portfolio goals.
• Ensure accounts payable/receivable processes comply with corporate policies and Sarbanes-Oxley rules.
