Job summary

Exelon is seeking a Senior Energy Efficiency Program Manager to provide strategic leadership for customer-facing programs across residential and commercial segments. You will oversee program development, performance management, budget alignment, and KPI tracking to deliver decarbonization and enhanced customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering and 4-7 years energy conservation / energy efficiency work experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work within established budgets and deliver promised results.
• Thorough understanding of utility cost recovery mechanisms.
• Ability to communicate with and coordinate with a wide variety of professionals ranging from engineers to vendors, to subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage energy efficiency programs as part of the state utility commission approved portfolio.
• Manage procurement of services from subcontractors and vendors delivering energy efficiency programs.
• Provide program performance metrics and prepare status reports for regulatory filings and KPI tracking.
• Coordinate with Marketing Promotions for program communications and outreach, recruit market partners, and train delivery network.
