Delmarva Power & Light Co. seeks a Senior Energy Efficiency Program Manager to lead customer-facing energy efficiency programs within the Clean Energy Solutions Team.

You will drive strategy, ensure cost recovery, manage contracts, and monitor performance metrics to meet regulatory and portfolio goals. Responsibilities include procurement oversight, data analysis for reporting, and coordination with marketing, vendors, and stakeholders to maximize program impact and customer value.

• Demonstrated ability to work within established budgets and deliver promised results.
• Thorough understanding of utility cost recovery mechanisms.
• Ability to communicate with and coordinate with a wide variety of professionals.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and performance management of energy efficiency programs.
• Oversee procurement of subcontractors and vendors delivering programs.
• Develop and track program performance metrics and financial goals.
• Coordinate with Marketing Promotions for program communications and partner outreach.
• Prepare program status reports for regulatory filings and ensure compliance.
