Job summary

Exelon is seeking a qualified professional to help develop, deliver, and manage energy efficiency programs as part of a state-approved portfolio. You will oversee a behind-the-meter residential battery pilot in Delaware, coordinating customer acquisition and marketing, dispatch operations, and regulatory reporting.

The role includes managing subcontractors, tracking performance, budgeting, and ensuring regulatory compliance while sustaining cost recovery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering; 4-7 years in energy conservation/energy efficiency, or 6-9 years with no degree.
• Strong budgeting and cost recovery understanding.
• Ability to coordinate with engineers, vendors, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, development, and management of energy efficiency programs per state utility commission.
• Oversee subcontractors and vendors; manage RFPs, contracts, and progress reports.
• Develop performance metrics; monitor progress and financial goals.
• Manage program communications and stakeholder outreach.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and accurate reporting.
