Job summary

Exelon seeks a program manager to develop, deliver, and manage energy efficiency initiatives within a state-approved portfolio. You will oversee subcontractors, vendors, and market partners, while ensuring regulatory compliance and sound financial management.

Responsibilities include planning and reporting against performance metrics, coordinating communications, and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to maximize program impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering with 4–7 years energy conservation / energy efficiency experience, or 6–9 years without a degree.
• Demonstrated ability to work within budgets and deliver promised results.
• Thorough understanding of utility cost recovery mechanisms.
• Ability to communicate with and coordinate with engineers, vendors, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deliver, and manage energy efficiency programs as part of a state utility commission approved portfolio.
• Oversee subcontractors and vendors; issue RFPs, evaluate responses, and award contracts.
• Develop and monitor program performance metrics; provide progress reports and corrective actions.
• Coordinate Marketing Promotions for program communication and partner recruitment.
• Prepare program status reports and ensure regulatory compliance filings.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable in line with corp. policies and SOX rules.
