Job summary

Schneider Electric seeks a Client Partner to drive strategic client relationships and plan energy solutions. You will lead delivery, align with stakeholders, and advise on performance metrics to maximize value.

In this role you will identify new opportunities, support renewals, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure commitments are met. Travel may be required in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience with a four-year college or university degree by start date.
• Demonstrated leadership in previous roles or organizations.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience presenting to multiple organizational levels preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and manage demand-side deliverables.
• Advise clients on vision and key performance indicators; monitor progress with internal teams.
• Identify expand­able value and support renewals and cross-sell opportunities.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare materials, and ensure delivery of commitments.
