Responsibilities

• Champion client outcomes for a portfolio of strategic clients and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Develop account strategies focused on retention, satisfaction, and expansion opportunities.
• Lead internal reviews, strategic planning, and client presentations with executive stakeholders.
• Identify and advance opportunities for cross-sell, upsell, and solution expansion.
• Lead contract renewals, pricing discussions, and management of service expectations.
