Resource Innovations is seeking an Energy Advisor (Energy Manager / Outreach Engineer) to join our Northern IL team. You will serve as a senior advisor to commercial and industrial clients, identifying high-value energy efficiency opportunities and guiding projects from opportunity to implementation.

The role blends technical expertise with consultative selling, data analytics, and strategic account management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Five+ years in energy efficiency consulting or related field.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear recommendations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead customers through full project lifecycle from opportunity to implementation.
• Develop and manage an Energy Management Action Plan for each client.
• Influence decisions through data-driven energy assessments and business cases.
