Job summary

Resource Innovations, a women-led energy transformation firm in Chicago, seeks a Senior Energy Efficiency Program Manager to lead large-scale commercial and industrial energy efficiency programs. You will oversee design, budgeting, and forecasting while building trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, energy, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of energy-efficiency or DSM-related experience.
• Proven success in developing and implementing project scopes, budgets, and plans.
• Excellent project and program management skills.
• Contract development and negotiation experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of program design including work plans to meet goals, align staff assignments, manage program to goal, and forecast for clients.
• Coordinate the delivery of large-budget energy efficiency programs to utility clients per contract terms and program budgets.
• Define, track, and drive program deliverables to be submitted accurately and on time.
• Assess progress and develop innovative solutions to new issues or market dynamics.
• Manage subcontractors, community partners, and other industry stakeholders.
• Manage client expectations, satisfaction, and communications; resolve/escalate issues.
• Interface with IT, Marketing, Finance, and HR to meet program needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
