Arcadis North America is seeking a Strategic Account Leader with established relationships with NextEra Energy and NextEra Energy Resources (NEER). The role focuses on growing Arcadis' services within NEER and NextEra-regulated entities, across energy development, permitting, design, environmental remediation, and liability management.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Natural Sciences.
• Direct experience supporting NextEra through applicable services and solutions.
• Deep understanding of NextEra’s procurement process and expectations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Arcadis’ primary relationship manager to advance NextEra relationships and diversify services.
• Develop and expand Arcadis’ relationships across the NextEra Energy enterprise.
• Collaborate within Arcadis teams to deliver differentiated services and pursuit strategies.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop winning strategies to support NextEra’s needs.
• Oversee contract administration and internal reporting related to NextEra projects.
• Build internal contract/program execution teams to ensure project delivery.
• Collaborate with other Arcadis Account Leaders to expand presence in power and energy sectors.
• Engage frequently with clients through regular in-person meetings across the NextEra footprint.
