Job summary

Arcadis North America is seeking a Strategic Account Leader with demonstrated relationships with NextEra Energy and NEER. This role focuses on driving growth of Arcadis’ services across all business areas within NEER and NextEra regulated entities, including energy development, permitting, design, and liability management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 20 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Natural Sciences.
• Direct experience supporting NextEra through applicable services and solutions.
• Deep understanding of NextEra’s procurement process and expectations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Arcadis’ primary relationship manager (Account Leader) to advance the NextEra relationship.
• Diversify Arcadis’ service offerings to NEER and NextEra regulated entities in renewables, storage, transmission, nuclear and natural gas.
• Collaborate with Arcadis teams to develop and deliver differentiated services and pursuit strategies.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop winning strategies to support NextEra’s needs by delivering projects.
• Oversee contract administration and internal processes for NextEra-related services.
• Build internal teams to ensure project delivery, quality, schedule, and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other Arcadis Account Leaders to expand presence in power and energy sectors.
• Engage frequently with clients through in-person meetings across the NextEra footprint.
