Job summary

Arcadis North America seeks a Strategic Account Leader with established NextEra Energy relationships to drive growth across NEER and NextEra regulated entities. The role focuses on energy development, permitting, planning, transmission design, and liability management, with hybrid work and on-site collaboration as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 20 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Natural Sciences.
• Direct experience supporting NextEra.
• Deep understanding of NextEra's procurement process.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Arcadis' primary relationship manager with NextEra for renewables, storage, transmission, and liability management.
• Develop and expand relationships across the NextEra enterprise to create trusted partnerships.
• Collaborate with Arcadis teams to deliver differentiated services and pursuit strategies.
• Identify new opportunities and develop winning strategies to support NextEra's needs.
• Oversee contract administration and internal reporting for NextEra services.
• Build internal execution teams to ensure quality, schedule, and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other Arcadis Account Leaders to expand presence in power and energy sectors.
• Engage frequently with clients through regular in-person meetings across the NextEra footprint.
