Job summary

Arcadis North America is seeking a Strategic Account Leader with demonstrated relationships with NextEra Energy and NextEra Energy Resources (NEER). The role focuses on growing Arcadis’ services across NEER and NextEra regulated entities in renewables, storage, transmission, and more.

The position supports a hybrid workstyle and will be aligned to an Arcadis office location, with on-site presence for key meetings and collaboration as needed.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Natural Sciences.
• Direct experience supporting NextEra through applicable services and solutions.
• Deep understanding of NextEra’s procurement process and expectations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Arcadis’ primary relationship manager (Account Leader) to further our relationship with NextEra and diversifying Arcadis’ services.
• Develop and expand Arcadis’ relationships across the NextEra Energy enterprise to create partnerships.
• Collaborate within Arcadis teams to develop and deliver differentiated services and pursuit strategies.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop winning strategies to support NextEra’s needs.
• Oversee contract administration and Arcadis’ internal process and reporting for NextEra.
• Build internal contract/program execution teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Education
