Arcadis North America is seeking a Strategic Account Leader with established relationships with NextEra Energy and NEER. The role drives growth across NEER and NextEra regulated entities in renewables, storage, transmission and related areas, leveraging Arcadis’ capabilities to win opportunities and deliver world‑class projects.

The position is hybrid, open to candidates nationwide in the United States, with on-site meetings as needed and alignment to an Arcadis office location.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 20 years of relevant experience.
• Direct experience supporting NextEra through applicable services and solutions.
• Deep understanding of NextEra’s procurement process and expectations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Arcadis’ primary relationship manager (Account Leader) with NextEra.
• Expand Arcadis’ relationships across the NextEra Energy enterprise to create partnerships.
• Develop and deliver differentiated services and pursuit strategies.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop winning strategies for NextEra’s needs.
• Oversee contract administration and Arcadis’ internal processes for NextEra.
• Build internal teams to ensure successful project delivery including quality and schedule.
• Collaborate with other Arcadis Account Leaders to expand presence in power and energy sectors.
• Engage frequently with clients through regular in-person meetings across the NextEra footprint.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Natural Sciences
