Arcadis is seeking an Energy and Environmental Strategic Account Leader (Finance) to manage the NextEra Energy relationship and expand Arcadis' services across the NEER and NextEra regulated entities. The role is hybrid, aligned to an Arcadis office in the United States, with on-site work for key meetings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 20 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Natural Sciences.
• Direct experience supporting NextEra through applicable services and solutions.
• Deep understanding of NextEra's procurement process and expectations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Arcadis' primary relationship manager with NextEra to deliver an exceptional customer experience while expanding Arcadis' services.
• Develop and expand Arcadis' relationships across the NextEra Energy enterprise to create partnerships and grow Arcadis' trusted position.
• Collaborate within Arcadis teams to develop and deliver differentiated services and pursuit strategies.
• Leverage Arcadis' knowledge to identify new business opportunities and develop winning strategies for NextEra's needs.
• Oversee contract administration and Arcadis' internal processes and reporting for NextEra.
• Build internal contract/program execution teams to ensure project delivery including quality, schedule, and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other Arcadis Account Leaders to develop targeted pursuit strategies and broaden presence in power and energy sectors.
• Engage frequently with clients, with regular in-person meetings across the NextEra footprint.
