Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as an HR/ES Business Partner or similar strategic talent advisory role.
• Curiosity for how business operates, growth trajectories, product lifecycles, and AI impact on workforce.
• Experience leading large-scale transformations using formal change management models.
• Ability to analyze complex datasets and connect people metrics to business outcomes.
• Strong ability to build high-trust, cross-functional relationships across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Strategic HR-for-HR Partnership: advise senior leaders to shape organizational strategy and AI/Agent integration while aligning talent initiatives with fiscal year goals.
• Leadership Advisory & Coaching: provide values-aligned coaching to ES leadership to navigate change and retention challenges.
• Operational Excellence: oversee succession planning, merit and compensation reviews, and workforce planning.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: coordinate with Legal, Finance, and HR COEs and manage location strategy.
• Analytics & Impact Measurement: connect engagement data to business metrics like revenue per employee.
• Global Policy Advocacy: advise on data sovereignty and regional talent development amid international digital shifts.
